Jakarta - PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) will complete the acquisition of two mining companies in Central Kalimantan, within 1-2 months.

"We expect the closing of this within 1-2 months. Due diligence has been completed. We are negotiating terms of the sale of the sellers," said Finance Director UNTR Gidion Hasan, Monday (2 / 5).

Furthermore Gidion said it looked at coal mining companies in Central Kalimantan. Coal mines to be acquired was still a green field. Coal mining company to be acquired was not going to contribute in 2011. Calories coal is estimated at over 5800. "We're still waiting for a special permit, and has not been able to produce in 2011,"said Gidion.

Funding for this power plant project is expected from the limited public offering. About 45% will be used to increase the investment in or loans to subsidiaries to purchase shares and acquisition of coal concessions. The proceeds from public offering is estimated at Rp 6, 07 trillion.

Company's coal production target of 4.5 million tons of PT DEJ and PT UNITED TRACTORS (TTA) in 2011. Meanwhile, coal companies who also recently acquired, PT Bara Prima Agung new to production in 2012.
