Jakarta-PT.ABM Investma Tbk (ABMM) expects coal production in 2012 reached 5.5 million tons. Whereas until the end of this year, the company's production by 2.7 million tons only.

"We are targeting coal production next year could reach between 4.5 million tonnes to 5.5 million tonnes," said Director ABMM Lil Priadi in a press conference here on Tuesday (6 / 12). Coal production owned subsidiary, PT.Tirta Marga Trakindo i is also getting production from the two locations of coal mines in South Kalimantan and Aceh.

Furthermore, Lil says that the target mine in Kalimantan next year could reach 4 million tons. While at the mine in Aceh, ABMM estimates could produce between 500,000 tonnes to 1 million tonnes of end of next year.

During this time, the coal ABMM mostly exported to overseas including China. Sister company of this Trakindo was eyeing the Indian market too, especially this year it is expected to provide samples at a few parties in India.
