Inovisi Acquisition of Five Coal Mine Rp1,4 T

Jakarta-PT Inovisi Infracom Tbk (INVS) plans to acquire five coal mines valued at Rp1, 4 trillion.

"For the acquisition of five coal mines will soon be completed before June," said Director of Finance Inovisi Adrian Ooi, in a press conference after the General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Friday (3/2/2012 ).

To five KP to be acquired will be in West Kalimantan. While the five KP already has INVS spread in East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan.The total coal resources contained within it to reach 500 million tons.

"Some are greenfield and partly brownfield with a calorie is between 5500 to 7000. For five KP being explored have a 6000 calorie content," he added.
