HBI Plans to Unleash maximum of 20% shares

Jakarta - PT.Harapan Borneo Internasional  (HBI), a company engaged in the coal mining business, plans to sell up to 20% of its shares to the public in 2015.

President Director of HBI, Honardy Boentario said preparations are legally related to the proposed initial public offering (initial public offering / IPO) that was carried out by the company, though not to discuss in detail about the company's valuation.

"All we're prepared. Yet we determine, whether HBI will IPO or first subsidiary. Later views of evaluation," said Honardy, as reported by Bisnis Indonesia , Tuesday (12/11).

Expectations of Borneo is the holder of five mining concessions (KP) in East Kalimantan, especially in Samarinda and Kutai Timur. Extensive mining concessions owned by the company's 200 hectares to 11,600 hectares.
